Terms & Conditions

Bookings and Payment

- Payment must be received before the commencement of the term.

- Materials and sewing machines are provided exclusively for bookings paid in full.

- Session dates are subject to availability.

- Class sizes are limited to ensure adequate support and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Participants joining after the term has commenced should contact us to arrange payment for the remaining classes.

Cancellations and Refund

- All fees are non-refundable. If a class is missed, participants may attend an alternative group session as a make-up, subject to availability.

- If Sew&Sow Creativity cancels the workshops, all fees will be refunded in full.

Materials and Equipment

- Art materials, patterns, and sewing machines are supplied only for bookings that are made in advance and paid in full. Participants are required to bring their own fabric and a sewing kit that includes bobbins, scissors, thread, buttons, and other necessary items.

- At the intermediate level, participants are responsible for purchasing their own patterns. The patterns provided will be basic.

- Participants who bring their own sewing machines to each session are eligible for a discount. Sew&Sow Creativity provides only the number of machines booked in advance.

Photography

- Images captured during workshops may be used for Sew&Sow Creativity marketing purposes and are not shared with third parties outside the business.

- The pictures mainly focus on projects completed by participants.

- For children, guardian consent is required.

- The following types of information will not be published on any platform under any circumstances:

  • Children’s names will not be published alongside any photographs.

  • Images showing the school crest on uniforms will either not be published or be cropped or blurred to obscure the crest.

  • Photographs that clearly show a child’s face and could be used for identification will not be published.
